Spray coatings

Apray coatings are used to create a thin layer inside an ice cream cone, to protect the cone from the moisture in the ice cream and thus retain the crispiness of the cone. We often produce spray masses according to customer-specific recipes where parameters such as viscosity and yield are adjusted so that the product works perfectly in your particular production.

Usually it is a dark chocolate spray mass that is requested by our customers, but we can also make spray masses in other flavors.

Delivery form and packaging

Products for the ice cream industry are delivered in buckets, containers or tankers.

How to use

Heat the spray mass until the product is completely melted and then spray the mass into the cone. The mass solidifies quickly when the cold ice cream is filled into the cone. This forms a protective layer that prevents the moisture in the ice cream from softening the cone.  â€‹
